Directions for use
- Remove the truffle from the juice and place it on some paper towel.
- Pat gently to absorb any juice still on the truffle.
- Once dry, thinly slice the truffle with a microplane, peeler or even a knife.
- Add the slices to a dish in the final stages of the cooking process.
